1. Service Description
Deltabadger provides a private, isolated Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) bot instance that connects to cryptocurrency exchanges via API. The service runs automated trading strategies based on your configuration.
2. Account & Access
By subscribing, you receive access to one private Deltabadger instance. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and exchange API keys. We do not have access to your exchange API secrets.
3. Subscription & Payment
- The service costs $25 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime through your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' instances
- Reverse engineer or exploit the service
- Resell or redistribute access to the service
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for trading losses resulting from downtime.
6. Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Deltabadger is a tool that executes trades based on your configuration. We do not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deltabadger and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your instance and data will be deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
